A former Penn State football player filed a federal lawsuit on Tuesday that claims he was the victim of violent and overtly sexual hazing.  In addition to that, the player claims when he informed head coach James Franklin, he was retaliated against.

Penn State, James Franklin and Damion Barber, an ex-teammate of the accuser, Isaiah Humphries, are all listed as defendants in the case.

According to Humphries, Franklin and his coaching staff forced him out of the program after he complained about the hazing.
