Astros outfielder George Springer left Tuesday night’s loss to the Brewers in the 5th inning early. He was carted off the field after slamming his head into the wall making a catch in centerfield.
Springer was evaluated for a head injury after being taken to the locker room. It seems likely slamming your head into a wall might lead to some sort of head injury.
