Jameis Winston has received his fair share of criticism throughout his career, and particularly this past season after he threw 30 interceptions.
The former Florida State quarterback is now looking for an NFL home after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers decided to part ways with the former first-overall draft pick in favor of Tom Brady.
And to his credit, he appears to be working diligently to prepare himself for the next stop of his career.
Winston looks markedly slimmer nowadays in a recently posted a video of him working drills in which he avoided a punching bag that simulated pressure.

The bag was at face level with Winston, causing him to duck while moving his feet.
Former NFL QB David Carr caught wind of the workout, and called out Jameis.
Jameis then responded, basically saying Mind your Damn Business.
