The league started only after a failed trip to Lithuania for his sons LiAngelo and LaMelo, LaVar Ball’s motives were fairly evident.
He needed to give his sons a platform.

It should come as no surprise, then, that those in the league saw through LaVar’s motives.
In a feature from The New York Post on the short-lived JBA, it was revealed that at least some in the league felt like LaVar gave up on it when his sons were finished with it.
