Total Bellas star Nikki Bella, and Ex of WWE star John Cena, was spotted leaving the home of her former Dancing with the Stars partner, Artem Chigvintsev, in the early hours of the morning this week in Escondido, CA.
While there’s been no official word on if the duo is a couple for sure, this early morning exit surely says they’re in a relationship.
