Kevin Durant is doing some business during the NBA playoffs. 

The man who is going to be a free agent soon, bought his Malibu pad back in April 

The Golden State Warriors superstar has listed his Malibu home for sale at $13.495 million. 

James Harris and David Parnes of the Agency and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles are the agents with the listing.
