Knicks are Rumored to Have Held a Secret Meeting with Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant has been linked to the New York Knicks all season long.  The latest rumor is that he and the team held a secret meeting earlier this year.

According to NBA insider Brandon Robinson, a league source informed him that KD and some Knicks executives met in person back in January. 

Via Heavy:

“Learned from an east coast entertainment and media connection that the Knicks were straight-up communicating with KD earlier this season,” a league source told me by text message.

“As in meeting up with KD…It could’ve been when the Warriors were on an East coast trip, or maybe when the Knicks visited the Bay Area.”

Let’s hope reporters ask Durant about these latest rumors.  We know how much he loves talking about his upcoming free agency and joining the Knicks.
