Deontay Wilder reiterated his claim he would knock out Mike Tyson in his prime, by stating he has the attributes and “killer instinct”.

Speaking with TMZ, Wilder explained that he would have did a job on a 1986 version of Tyson, who at that time was the dominating force in the heavyweight division.

“Me vs. Tyson in ’86, I’d kick the hell outta that guy. Listen, I’ve got to keep it real. I know people always go back to the old school or look at the new school and there’s no school where I’m not No. 1 on earth,” Wilder said.

But in a recent interview with BT Sports Tyson was advised of the comments made by Wilder and the 53-year-old legend gave a very humble reaction.
