Lighty is an Account Executive with the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to her LinkedIn profile. Lighty also has several years of experience working with high school and collegiate basketball teams.
Lighty’s LinkedIn profile says she lives in Cleveland full time. Mitchell is a member of the Utah Jazz, who play their home games in Salt Lake City. Which means during the season, they’re in a long distance relationship. They spend Donovan’s offseason together.
