The feud between the Celtics and the Nets went another step further on Friday in Brooklyn. Nets fans could be heard returning chants at Boston’s star guard Kemba Walker, who replaced Kyrie Irving.
Celtics fans put up signs calling Kyrie a coward and chanted at him during Wednesday’s game in Boston. Nets fans chanted “Kyrie’s better” Walker as he buried free-throws early in the first quarter.
