Just a couple of hours after news broke that the hit men in the David Ortiz shooting were paid less than $8k, new security footage from the night has been released. 

The video is much clearer than the original video that circulated shortly after the shooting, and shows Ortiz being shot in the back from close range.

Man you see just how lucky Big Papi is to still be alive.  This could have easily ended with a much different result.  I don’t know how he could ever return to the Dominican Republic without heavy security.
