Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios was defaulted from his second-round match with Norway’s Casper Ruud at the Italian Open on Thursday.  He had a meltdown after being given a game penalty an unsportsmanlike conduct violation.

Following the game penalty, Kyrgios slammed his racket, kicked a water bottle and threw his chair onto the court.  He then shook hands with Ruud and walked off the court.

Here’s a look at the meltdown from the stands:

This is an all-time meltdown.  Kyrgios is quickly becoming “that guy” in the tennis world.  Once he becomes fully aware that he’s “that guy” we can expect to see more of these outbursts.  We hope anyway, because tennis needs more of these outbusrts.
