Penn State reponded to a letter one of their players received criticizing him for having dreadlocks, among other things.
They wore t-shirts with “Chains, Tattoos, Dreads, & WE ARE” on them prior to their game against Iowa on Saturday night.
That’s as clear as a message from the Nittany Lions to the letter writer can get.
