Testolone is best SARM for bulking. It is normally taken in daily doses of 10mg to 30mg. As always, you should start low and gradually peak it up to about 20-30mg daily for a 12 week cycle. If you stick to the higher levels, it is not recommended to exceed 10 weeks due to suppression.

One side effect of Ligandrol is that it acts to suppress some of the hormonal glands in the body like the pituitary gland, they hypothalamus and the gonads. In short, it suppresses the immune and reproductive system, so it is very important to take it in low doses and keep short cycles. In between the cycles, you should take SERMs (like SARMs, but they act on the estrogen receptors and help reverse the effect of LD-4033).

However, Andarine does have a queer side effect of its own, called yellow eyes. It also seems to affect the receptors in the eyes, causing a faint yellow tint and giving the same to your vision. It also significantly affects night vision, especially in large doses. However, this effect is dose-dependent and wears away on its own once S-4 is discontinued.
Andarine should be taken in average doses spread out throughout the day, and never exceeding 50mg per day. This is because it has a short half-life of about 4 hours. It is customary to take S-4 three times a day with meals.
Andarine is easily stacked with other SARMs, mainly with Ostarine for their combined cutting effect. This effect can easily move to adding lean weight over time, which makes it a great option for losing fat. As described above, the Ostarine/Andarine synergy can also be stacked with Cardarine to maximize endurance while on low calories.
