It sounds like Rickie Fowler and his wife Allison Stokke had a sh*tty time on their honeymoon. The last part of the honeymoon anyway.
Fowler and Stokke tied the knot in early October. Their sponsored honeymoon, which showed the couple jetting around the world on a private jet provided by Puma, kicked off later in the month.
According to Steve DiMeglio of Golf Week, Rickie Fowler was forced to withdraw from the Mayakoba Classic because of a bacterial infection that he contracted at the end of his honeymoon.
In other words, Fowler was forced to withdraw because of diarrhea.
