In an interview with “Squawk Box” on CNBC, the Patriots owner’s confidence in the team going forward appeared to be sky-high despite their recent losses to the Jaguars and Lions.

“Well, we have a saying up here in New England that the season really starts after Thanksgiving,” Kraft told CNBC. “Now, teams are getting to know one another. We certainly have a ways to go. It’s not the kind of start that I would have liked, but it’s part of the building process. We believe strongly in this team, our coaching staff, our quarterback and we’re going to have a lot of fun.”

Kraft also shrugged off a question regarding all of the reports of tension within the organization, chalking it up to “jealousy” and “envy.”

Robert makes some valid points.
