Skylar Diggins-Smith missed all of last season with the Wings after giving birth to her son in the offseason.

And while blowing off some steam in a Twitter rant on Saturday, the All-Star guard said that she played the entire 2018 season while she was pregnant.

Diggins-Smith revealed her pregnancy to the world via Instagram on Oct. 17, 2018, almost two months after the Wings’ season ended with a loss to the Phoenix Mercury on Aug. 21.

Diggins-Smith led her team with 23 points and seven assists in that game.

That season, Diggins-Smith averaged 17.9 points and 6.2 assists on her way to earning her fourth All-Star selection.

It was a surprise when she suited up for the Wings at their first training camp practice on May 5 and told reporters that she’d given birth a few weeks prior.
