Pittsburgh Steelers pass rusher T.J. Watt is putting in a lot of work ahead of his second year in the NFL.  That work includes eating.

Watt has reportedly been consuming 7,000-8,000 calories and drinking two gallons of water a day.  That’s some serious work.

Even more intense is the diet regimen, which Arnett says requires about 7,000 to 8,000 calories and two gallons of water a day for Watt, who is listed at 6-foot-4 and 252 pounds.

Watt targets three balanced meals and three hearty snacks a day, along with pre- and post-workout supplementation.

Family gatherings for the Watts must look like a week’s worth of food for other families.  They don’t play when it’s time to eat.
