The NFL isn’t ready to hand down a punishment to the Patriots for the video violation that took place in December last season. According to an NFL spokesman, the league is still reviewing the matter.
We know NFL commissioner Roger Goodell’s feelings for the Patriots and the absurd punishments he’s handed in the past. He’s likely still busy trying to link the video to New England’s football operations.
There’s absolutely no other explanation for why the league is still reviewing this.
