During his weekly Monday Night Football pregame appearance with Westwood One’s Jim Gray, Tom Brady was asked about the Patriots trade on Monday with the Browns for Josh Gordon.
The living legend didn’t overhype the move and didn’t want to put any expectations on the troubled receiver.
Clearly the trade has the potential to have a big impact on the Patriots season. Gordon’s talent has never been called into question.
When he’s on the field he produces. The trick is keeping him out of trouble and on the field. It will be interesting to see how the trade plays out.
