Rockies shortstop Trevor Story had himself a night on Wednesday in Colorado. He took Giants pitching deep three times to drive in three runs and lead his team to a win.
The second homer that Story hit was an absolute bomb that StatCast estimated at 505 feet. It was the longest home run recorded in the MLB since 2015.
Story had the swing working last night. The Rockies are hopeful that he can continue to swing a hot bat as they try to hold onto the top spot in the wild NL West.
