Former WCW World Heavyweight champion Scott Steiner collapsed backstage at an Impact taping on Friday night in Atlanta, but is said to be “doing well”.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful first reported that Steiner collapsed at a TNA-themed taping for Impact. Pro Wrestling Sheet followed up with a report that the 57-year-old was worked on by paramedics, and soon after taken to the emergency room.

A wrestler for more than 30 years, Steiner debuted for what was then Total Nonstop Action in 2006.
